Working hours
SOS AERZTE operates 24 hours a day. Our medical staff work in shifts. Short shifts and part-time work models are possible.
Operational procedures
At SOS AERZTE, doctors can focus all their attention on the patients. The task of receiving calls is assumed by staff at our operations centre. Here, calls are classified, analysed to assess their urgency and then assigned to the doctors on call. The corresponding information is sent directly to the doctor’s company mobile phone or to the respective response vehicle’s navigation system.
After each call, the corresponding report is dictated and digitally processed in the response vehicle. The act of filing the report concludes the call for the doctor involved. Staff at our operations centre then assume any remaining administrative work. All requisite medical materials are provided and maintained by SOS AERZTE.
